Our frames on customer size consist of high quality S235JR construction steel, which is often used in steel and mechanical engineering because of its good material properties. The finished frames are sealed with a corrosion-resistant zinc layer. Thus, the steel is well protected from harmful environmental influences and does not start to rust even under adverse conditions. In addition, the so-called refractory zinc plating is extremely easy to maintain and therefore perfectly suitable for house, courtyard and garden.
Dimensions and execution
The frame consists of 30x30x5 angle steelthe is welded to a rectangular frame. In this way, we ensure that attachments and inserts can close flush with the frame without disturbing weld seam. Without powder coating
In the design without powder coating, the frame is delivered without colored coating and is therefore particularly suitable for further processing. The galvanized surface initially has a slightly structured and metallically smoothing surface, but it quickly loses your gloss and adopts a gray and matt look.
