Thanks to the wide range of customization options available, you can tailor the custom-bent aluminum sheet metal angles precisely to your specific requirements. To select an angle bar, simply choose any material thickness and enter your desired dimensions in the corresponding fields.
Profiles up to 2 m in length are available
Our production facilities enable us to manufacture aluminum angle profiles in lengths ranging from 50 mm to 500 mm, and from over 1,000 mm up to 2,000 mm. You have the flexibility to specify the exact length you want for the angle strip in millimeters.
Customizable angle
Adjust the angle of your edge profile flexibly and individually to suit your needs, within a range of 90° to 180°. This gives you the ability to customize the L-shaped profile made of aluminum sheet to fit virtually any edge and create the perfect trim for your project.
Custom side lengths
Whether you want your L-shaped profile to have sides of equal or unequal lengths, you can customize the sides of the angle strip to any length to suit your specific needs and achieve the best possible result.

Despite careful craftsmanship, sharp edges may be present, and the material may have minor scratches or oil stains. We assume no liability for injuries or damage. For lengths of 1,000 mm or more, slight bending may occur. Please allow for manufacturing tolerances of ± 2 mm in profile length and ± 1° in angle.

- Caution, risk of cutting! The sheet metal profile could have sharp edges that could cut you. As we do not know in what form the profiles will be used, we are unfortunately unable to deburr them without interfering with any welding seam preparations. For this reason, we recommend wearing cut-resistant gloves!
- Not suitable for force absorption! For visual reasons, we bend the profile along the rolling direction. Unfortunately, this can have a negative effect on the stability of the material in the bends. For this reason, we advise against using it as a "load-bearing part". Please use the profile only as a passive component, e.g. as an edge protection profile.
- Keep away from other metals! Aluminum should never be brought into direct contact with other metals because contact corrosion can occur. Contact corrosion can weaken both the aluminum and the other metal.
- Only work with respiratory protection! Aluminum should only be processed with appropriate respiratory protection, as aluminum dust poses health risks.
- Only weld with fume extraction! Aluminum may only be welded with an appropriate fume extraction system and using suitable respiratory protection. The gases produced during welding can cause serious damage to health.
