Our made-to-measure galvanized balusters offer excellent value for money in combination with high-quality craftsmanship in Germany. The posts were specially developed for our in-house railing system SB01 and are perfectly matched to its structure and requirements. This makes them ideal for private and commercial railing solutions both indoors and outdoors.
The SB01 railing system is designed as a sophisticated quick-assembly system and enables particularly simple, time-saving installation. At the same time, the system is modular and individually expandable, so that railings can be flexibly adapted to different structural conditions or extended at any time. The precisely matched posts ensure a clean look, high stability and a secure connection of all system components.

Hot-dip galvanizing - surface & ageing process
During hot-dip galvanizing, the steel component is first given a shiny, silvery metallic surface. This fresh look is typical of newly galvanized products. Over time, however, the appearance changes naturally: weathering, environmental influences and the normal aging process result in a characteristic, matt gray patina. This layer is not a loss of quality, but a deliberate protective film that stabilizes the corrosion protection and gives the surface its durable, restrained appearance.
Powder coating - additional protection and a modern look
The optional powder coating serves both to protect the posts and to enhance their appearance. It forms a resistant surface that reliably protects the steel from the effects of weather, UV radiation and mechanical stress. Particularly outdoors, the coating ensures a longer service life and significantly reduces the amount of maintenance required. At the same time, it gives the posts a uniform, modern look that blends harmoniously into contemporary railing and architectural solutions.

- This guardrail post is intended exclusively for use as a component of guardrail and fall protection systems. Installation may only be carried out on stable, solid surfaces and must be carried out professionally using suitable fasteners (e.g. heavy-duty anchors or approved screw connections)
- The railing post must not be modified, shortened or subsequently processed unless this is expressly intended or carried out professionally. Damaged or deformed posts must not be installed or reused
Assembly instructions:
Before installation, it must be ensured that the substrate and the fastening materials used can withstand the expected loads. The structural design of the entire railing system, including post spacing, fixing points and railing infill, is the responsibility of the installer or planner and must comply with the applicable building regulations and standards. Please select suitable installation material for your substrate. We recommend using fasteners such as bolt anchors for through-the-wall installation. In the following instructions, we use bolt anchors for push-through installation as the selected installation material.
- Align the post on the ground and mark the drill holes through the base plate.
- Drill holes to match the screw or anchor size or bolt anchor and clean thoroughly.
- Reposition the post and insert screws or bolt anchors through the post base and drill hole.
- Attach dowel or washer and nut to the underside.
- Align the posts vertically and tighten the screws or ground anchor evenly.
Care instructions:
The galvanized railing post is low-maintenance and suitable for permanent indoor and outdoor use. Regular cleaning with clear water or a mild soap solution is recommended to maintain the appearance and corrosion protection. Soiling such as dust, pollen or environmental residues should be removed at regular intervals.
Only soft cloths or sponges may be used on powder-coated surfaces in black, anthracite or gray. Abrasive cleaning agents, aggressive chemicals, solvents or high-pressure cleaners should be avoided as they can damage the surface.
