Instructions:
1.Mark the drill hole at the desired location and drill the hole. Ensure a minimum edge distance of 50mm to avoid chipping of the concrete edge when tightening the bolt / anchor rod.
Remove the borehole dust from the borehole and clean it with the help of a blow-out pump and a suitable wire brush. 3.
Use a suitable sieve sleeve to reduce the consumption of the injection mortar. Insert the sleeve into the hole. Now fill the sieve sleeve with the composite mortar. Then close the sleeve with the cap with the centering wings. 4.
Now screw the bolt or the threaded rod/anchor rod into the sleeve. By turning it in, the injection mortar is forced out of the side of the sieve sleeve and bonds with the surrounding building material.
(Step 3 and 4 can also be carried out without the sieve sleeve. Here the consumption of the compound mortar will be higher).
