Stainless steel railing with optional powder coating
Are you planning to get a railing over the corner for your terrace, garden or for your podium and think that's actually so feasible? We strive to make it possible for you. With our stainless steel corner railing with or Other powder-coated posts, you can enter your measurements in our configurator. In addition to the dimensions, the number of transverse struts can also be easily input, these are between no cross strut and up to maximum six transverse struts selectable. In addition, in the variant with the powder-coated posts, divided stainless steel cover rosettes are included. In the variant without powder coating, standard cover rosettes are present without division.
The color of the powder coating can be selected between black, gray, anthracite or bare stainless steel in the configurator. With the self-construction set for stainless steel railings, you can easily and easily set a special accent. The railing is excl. approved for the private sector.
The posts are high from the upper edge floor covering to the lower edge of the handrail 900mm. This results in a solid overall height of 942,4mm due to the 42,4mm handrail. The handrail length of the corner variant is on request at least 0.5m to max. 15 m per page, millimeter-precisely selectable. For technical reasons, the handrail is delivered divided from a length of 6001mm (6.01m) and can then be brought together again with the aid of pipe connectors. A matching number of V2A pipe connectors is included in the package. The table below shows the number of posts according to the handrail length you choose.

Useful information about powder coating
In powder coating, the workpiece is first coated with an electrostatic powder. In this case, the powder is tightened by the material in a regular manner, so that a particularly uniform layer thickness extending into the corners is established. The workpiece is then heated in an oven, whereby the powder liquefies and melts to form a smooth coating.
In contrast to a conventional coating, the powder-coated paint is generally resistant to chemicals.
Our powder-coated stainless steel railing posts can be selected with or without filling rods. Of course, our products are manufactured by hand according to proven Schlosser standards in our own Schlosserei. In addition, the handrail carriers are firmly welded to the stainless steel posts, the advantage being that this ensures good stability.
Divided or normal cover rosette, where is the difference?
The two-part cover rosettes, made of ground V4A stainless steel, are provided only in the powder-coated variant. This prevents involuntary scratching of the coating. These are simply put together at the bottom of the post without any problems. In the stainless steel version (without powder coating), standard cover rossettes made of ground stainless steel are supplied. These are pushed from above into the posts. Whether divided or normal cover rossettes, both provide an aesthetic cover of the fastening points.
Stainless steel filler bars
The high-quality filling rods, also known as cross struts, are made of solid stainless steel and are characterized by their round design. These not only have an aesthetic appearance, but also offer excellent stability and functionality. Thus, water and dirt can be prevented from penetrating, thereby avoiding deposits inside. With the aid of special transverse rod holders, the horizontal filling rods are simply screwed to the posts. This allows you to move the crossbars at any time. Installation situations via corner can be realized effortlessly by connecting corner joints.
For railings up to a length of 6m, continuous transverse struts are provided. In the case of longer railings, they are evenly divided and connected with special connecting pieces, which are included in the delivery, to ensure a uniform appearance.
Stainless steel handrail
The ground surface of the round stainless steel handrail offers not only a pleasant touch, but is also beautiful to look at and thus a true eye-catcher. High-quality end caps made of stainless steel are glued into the ends of the handrail tube in order to prevent dirt deposits inside and at the same time complete the handrail with a clean appearance. When the handrail is installed, the threaded bores themselves must be introduced into the posts in order to connect them to one another. For this purpose, a threaded drill is included. You can also download an assembly instructions here at any time. Thus, the attachment from the handrail becomes the proverbial children's play.
Small help position for length
The length indication for side A and side B refers to the total length of the handrail as a so-called outer dimension. Please note that we do not make any deductions to your extent and make the railing as precise as possible according to your specifications. Any distances to the end of the bottom plate or to a wall must therefore be taken into account in your statement. Since the anchor plates of the posts approx. 31mm, we recommend an edge distance of at least 100mm.

Note the care instructions! Please note that stainless steel must be cleaned regularly and generally cared for. Otherwise, the material may lose its non-corrosive properties.

Rust hazard! This stainless steel has only a low resistance to chemicals and acids in particular. For this reason, we must advise against using it in aggressive environments, as it damages the corrosion protection and could lead to material failure. For example, it is not recommended for use near pools, in cities with high levels of air pollution and in places in close proximity to the sea!
Installation instructions:
Please read the following instructions carefully before starting installation. Please also note that although it is generally possible to assemble alone, we recommend that at least two people do it, as it makes the work much easier.
As the holes in the base plate may be positioned differently from post to post, please start by marking the posts. For example, you can write individual post numbers on the underside of the base plate. This way, you can later see which post belongs in which position.Next, place the posts in the desired positions. Make sure that the handrail saddles are aligned so that the handrail can be attached flush and without tension. We recommend placing the handrail tube on the posts and fixing it to the saddle with adhesive tape to make alignment easier.Carefully lift up the post covers and mark the holes for the base plates on the ground.Now place the posts to one side. Make sure you mark the positions so that you can assign them to the corresponding posts.Drill the marked holes and insert the selected fastening material according to the manufacturer's instructions.Hook the posts into position and hand-tighten the fastening material.
Align the posts, place the handrail on the saddle of the stainless steel posts and fix the tube with adhesive tape.
Now screw the posts in place, observing any manufacturer's instructions for the installation material. Make sure that the posts remain aligned.
Loosen the grub screws of the cross bar holders and slide in the filler bars. As the filler rod holders are in two parts, one half can be detached from the post if necessary and slid over the round steel. After insertion, the two holders can be reconnected by tightening the screw.Make sure that the handrail is positioned as required and transfer the holes in the handrail saddle to the tube.
Take the handrail off the posts and place it on the shipping box.Now drill the threaded holes at the marked points on the handrail tube. A suitable tap for cordless screwdrivers is included in the scope of delivery for this purpose. We strongly recommend tapping the holes before drilling!
Place the handrail on the posts again and screw it in place using the screws included in the scope of delivery.
Care instructions:
Please note that the railing must be cleaned and maintained at regular intervals. If this maintenance is not carried out, or only insufficiently, the material may lose its rust-proof properties. You can use commercially available, non-acidic cleaning agents for cleaning. Please also note that the occurrence of occasional flash rust cannot be ruled out. Flash rust should be removed as quickly as possible to avoid any damage to the material.
