Stainless steel dough roller from our own production
Our dough roller is a handmade product from our specialist workshop - made in Germany.
The base is a round tube made of stainless steel material V2A with an outer diameter of 42.4 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm.
The ends are sealed. To ensure food safety, our tube ends are not plugged or glued, but welded all around. Therefore, the visibility of the weld seam is a sign of quality.
Every dough roller that leaves our house has been individually manufactured and tested by our skilled workers.
This means that you receive a high-quality product of enormous longevity.
Use and cleaningThe product is absolutely food-safe and can be cleaned without leaving any residues. Unlike wood or other materials, stainless steel does not absorb any odours. No matter whether you use it to crush garlic or to pound cutlets. After cleaning, the steel is as neutral as before use. Due to its length, this dough roller is particularly suitable for pizza doughs and cakes from the baking tray.
Tip: Light cooling before use prevents the dough from sticking. After use, simply rinse or put in the dishwasher - done!
