Note on preparing quotations Dear Sir or Madam, Please note that we can only process requests for quotations if they include a complete delivery address. Without this information, it is unfortunately not possible to prepare a binding quotation. The processing time for quotations is usually up to 14 days. We do not prepare separate quotations for items that can be ordered directly from our shop – the prices stated in the shop apply. We also kindly ask you to refrain from making telephone inquiries about current quotation requests. These do not speed up the processing, as we work on a first-in, first-out basis.
