U-Profile
At rapa GmbH you can obtain high-quality U-sheet profiles in various material thicknesses and with the leg dimensions and lengths you specify. You can also choose from a wide range of materials. We offer U-sheet profiles in:

We are happy to cut each U-sheet to size for you individually. Simply use our configurator, which you will find in the product section. Please let us know the required dimensions (material thickness, visible side, angle dimension, profile width and length) - custom-made products are also possible. Please note that all dimensions given are internal dimensions. In the online shop, you will immediately find out the price for your selected, individual product, including edging, cutting and deburring costs. By means of a hydraulic guillotine shear, the U-sheet profiles can be cut very precisely. Tolerances of only + / - 2mm may occur. The profiles are folded using a CNC folding press. We would like to offer you a high degree of individuality, so that there are no limits to your wishes and ideas.
Use of customised U-sheets
You can use the U-sheet profiles in many different ways. Whether as corner protectors, to provide stable protection for wall edges, or as channel covers. The U-shaped sheet metal profiles are suitable for many types of edging. The U-profile can also be used as a special highlight in living rooms in the form of a light strip or as part of an individual sideboard. Just make sure that the component is optimally dimensioned so that it can be installed quickly and without great effort.
