Large variety through custom production
The comprehensive range of variations allows you to customize the U-profile with the material thickness you selected to suit your needs. Thanks to the freely selectable dimensions, you can design any desired profiles both as edge protection and as a running rail.
Profiles up to 2m length possible
We can easily manufacture your aluminum between 50mm and 2000mm length and offer you the possibility to specify your desired length in millimeter accuracy.
Adjustable angles
You can also design the grades of the U-rails in the range from 90° to 180°. In this way you can design the perfect profile for almost any installation situation.
Individual side lengths
We also offer you the opportunity to design the dimensions of each profile page as desired. There are hardly any limits to you and if you should enter a measure that we cannot prepare, you will receive a corresponding message. So you can easily configure it and keep your creativity free.
Low weight
Since aluminum itself has a very low weight, our U-profiles are also extremely light. Thus, you can use the tracks in places where every gram counts. For example, they are a very good choice for installation in campers, caravans or similar vehicles.
Corrosion protection and appealing optics
Our aluminium profiles are ground on the visible side, giving them a noble appearance and are therefore excellently suited as a decorative strip. In addition, you have good corrosion resistance, since aluminum, unlike steel, cannot grate. They are therefore also suitable for the outer area.
Despite careful processing, the aluminum profile can have sharp cutting edges. Note that the material can have small scratches or oil traces due to production.We do not assume any liability for injury or damage.
From a length of 1000mm, slight bending can occur in length.
Please note our manufacturing tolerances of ± 2mm for profile length and ± 1° for angle.

Safety instructions:
- Caution, risk of cutting! The sheet metal profile could have sharp edges that could cut you. As we do not know in what form the profiles will be used, we are unfortunately unable to deburr them without interfering with any welding seam preparations. For this reason, we recommend wearing cut-resistant gloves!
- Not suitable for force absorption! For visual reasons, we bend the profile along the rolling direction. Unfortunately, this can have a negative effect on the stability of the material in the bends. For this reason, we advise against using it as a "load-bearing part". Please use the profile only as a passive component, e.g. as an edge protection profile.
- Keep away from other metals! Aluminum should never be brought into direct contact with other metals because contact corrosion can occur. Contact corrosion can weaken both the aluminum and the other metal.
- Only work with respiratory protection! Aluminum should only be processed with appropriate respiratory protection, as aluminum dust poses health risks.
- Only weld with fume extraction! Aluminum may only be welded with an appropriate fume extraction system and using suitable respiratory protection. The gases produced during welding can cause serious damage to health.
