Our Alu Z profiles are double to measure edged and offer a variety of applications. Our Z profile is not only as Edge protection useful, but also for fitting steps or as a transition profile. The corrosion resistance of the Z profiles, for you to measure edged, makes it particularly reliable. The Aluminium profiles are light and flexible, which facilitates their handling.
Versatile applications
The Alu Z profiles with double-edged are lightweight and can be used in the construction, machine and vehicle industries. The Aluminium profiles, bent to size, are ideal for mounting various products, including halls, roof structures, door and fence constructions. The aluminium Z profiles are also used for substructures and superstructures as well as for laminate or parquet profiles in interior construction. They provide a clean transition to deeper floor coverings and protect the edges of parquet and laminate.
Large variety through custom production
We manufacture your Alu Z profile according to your individual requirements to measure on. Due to the variations, you have full control over your desired dimensions and can enter the thickness, length, width and angle of the aluminum sheet individually in the corresponding fields.
Profiles up to 2m length possible
Our production allows the production of aluminum transition profiles in lengths from 50mm to 500mm over 1000mm up to 2000mm. You have the flexibility to specify your desired length precisely in millimeters.
Customizable angle
Design the angle of your edge profile, flexible and individual, according to your ideas, in the range from 90° to 180°. So you have the possibility to customize the Z profile made of aluminum and create the perfect edge protection for your project.
Individual side lengths
Whether your Z profile should have equal or equal pages. You can use the profile pages, edge protection to measure, as desired to your Specific requirements customize to achieve the optimal result.
Corrosion protection and appealing optics
Our aluminium profiles, with the EN AW-1050 alloy (Al-99.5) are ground on the visible side, giving them a noble appearance and are therefore outstandingly suitable as decorative strip. In addition, you have good corrosion resistance, as aluminum, unlike steel, cannot grate. They are therefore also suitable for the outer area.

Notes
Despite careful processing, sharp cutting edges can occur, and the material can have smaller scratches or oil traces. We assume no liability for injury or damage. Light bending is possible for lengths from 1000mm. Please consider manufacturing tolerances of ± 2mm in profile length and ± 1° at angle.
