In addition, our hand-made profile of corten steel is available in 1mm, 2mm and 3mm sheet thicknesses, and you can easily select them and other dimensions in the configurator. For more information on dimensions, see the text below. The hat profile is delivered in a non-rusting state. Please note that during the grate process, impurities can arise on the substrate.

We will gladly produce your hat profile from corten steel in loving handwork individually according to your personal dimensional requirements. This gives you the perfect solution for your garden, entrance area, terrace or individual project. You can easily specify the desired dimensions in the configurator. You have the possibility to flexibly and individually adjust the angle of your hat rail 90° to 180° according to your ideas. Also choose the material thickness between 1mm, 2mm and 3mm and the desired length of 50mm to 500mm over 1000mm up to 2000mm out. This makes your design options barely set limits and you can create the ideal profile for your project.

What do you mean "Patina"?
The patina is a natural oxide layer which forms on the surface of metals such as corten steel. This results from chemical reactions with ambient air and moisture, gives the metal a characteristic coloration and protects it from further corrosion. In the case of corten steel, the rust patina adopts a raw color and acts as a protective layer against progressive corrosion, this process can last up to 6 months
