Manufacturing as desired
We offer you the possibility to configure your support post as desired and your desired dimensions millimeter precision indicate. Simply select which profile tube should be used as support tube, carry its Wish length and determine whether and in which color the support powder-coated to be.
Versatile insertable
Due to the individually adaptable length, this support can be used in infinitely many areas. Whether in machine or plant construction, as a support post of a machine platform or as a support leg of a carport, our support is always good.
The support can also convince in the private area because it has an extremely high load capacity and is particularly easy to assemble. The end plates each have a central neckline and 4 holes with a diameter of 13mm, which makes it easy to attach with M12 screws. The bores are arranged in a square pattern and are spaced from one another between 100 mm and 150 mm depending on the pole tube chosen.
Precise forehead plates
Both end plates are cut out by a CNC burner and are completely welded to the post tube. Due to the computer-controlled cutout, the end plates have a correspondingly precise hole image. As well as the post tube, the plates consist of S235-JR construction steel.
In the middle of the plates there is a large opening with the dimensions of the selected support tube. Thus, current, water, or other supply lines can be guided through the support without problems.
High load capacity
Our support to measure has an extremely high load capacity of up to 54,4k a weight of approx. 5440 kg in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation. Optional powder coating
With us you decide whether your steel support should be powder-coated or whether it is delivered without corrosion protection. The colours black (RAL 9005), anthracite (RAL 7016), grey (RAL 7040) and a transparent coating that perfectly preserves the charm of the raw steel.
