Our C-shaped sheet metal profile made of high quality V2A stainless steel will be for you edged as desired, is characterized by a variety of applications and is customizable by the online configurator. The profile is available with different wall thicknesses from 1mm to 3mm and offers a particularly high-quality look thanks to its ground surface. Due to the good corrosion-resistant properties of stainless steel, the profile, with appropriate care, is also suitable for outdoor use.

Versatile possibilities

Due to the configurable dimensions, the stainless steel profile is suitable for endless applications. Experience shows that the most common cases are the following:

Large variety through custom production

The to measure Curved and C-shaped stainless steel sheets can be used by the comprehensive range of Variations adapt to your conditions. Select, for the profile, simply any material thickness, select the visible page and type Your requirementsin the corresponding fields. Since we edge our V2A profiles with a modern die bending machine, there are hardly any limits. If the desired design is not technically feasible, our configurator will of course inform you.

Profiles up to 2m length possible

Our production allows the production of C profiles in a length of 50mm over 1000mm up to 2000mm. Of course, the length is also exactly configurable with millimieter.

Customizable angles and lateral lengths

Design the profile angles flexible and individual, in the range from 90° to 180°, according to your idea. The individual profile pages can also be individually adapted in the configurator. This allows you to create the perfect profile for your project.

Visibility page selectable

Simply determine the visible side of your profile and decide which profile sides should have a grounded surface. The view page will be displayed in the preview, according to your selection, and will be delivered with a protective film. This film protects the ground surfaces from damage to transport and can easily be removed from the profile.

Natural corrosion protection

Due to its alloy, the stainless steel used has a natural corrosion protection. This means that the material, in the case of proper care, does not begin to grate and must therefore also come into contact with water. Thus, the stainless steel C profile is also well suited for the outside area.

Light bending is possible for lengths from 1000mm. Please consider manufacturing tolerances of ± 2mm in profile length and ± 1° at angle.

Warnings

  • Caution! The sheet metal could have sharp edges that could cut you. As we do not know for what purpose the sheets are used, we are unfortunately unable to deburr them without interfering with any welding seam preparations. For this reason, we recommend wearing cut-resistant gloves!
  • Keep away from other metals! Stainless steel should never be brought into direct contact with other metals, or in their immediate vicinity, as this can lead to contact corrosion or cross-contamination. Contact corrosion and contact contamination can weaken the metals concerned and impair the stainless steel's non-corrosive properties.
  • Only work with respiratory protection! Stainless steel should only be processed with appropriate respiratory protection, as metal dust poses health risks.
  • Only weld with a fume extractor! Stainless steel should only be welded with an appropriate fume extraction system and using suitable respiratory protection. The gases produced during welding can cause serious damage to health.
  • Care required! Please note that stainless steel must be cleaned regularly and generally cared for. Otherwise the material may lose its stainless properties!
  • Risk of rusting! This stainless steel has only a low resistance to chemicals and acids in particular. For this reason, we advise against using it in aggressive environments, as this could damage the corrosion protection and lead to material failure. For example, it is not recommended for use near pools, in cities with high levels of air pollution or in places close to the sea!

Care instructions

Please note that stainless steel must be cleaned and maintained at regular intervals. If this care is not carried out, the material may lose its rustproof properties. You can use commercially available, non-acidic cleaning agents for cleaning. Please also note that the occurrence of occasional flash rust cannot be ruled out. Flash rust should be removed as quickly as possible to avoid any damage to the material.
