Our custom-made steel tubes are mainly used for balcony railings, stair railings, portal construction, door or gate construction, façade substructures, greenhouses, railing construction, fence construction and steel construction as well as even in the construction of machinery and vehicles. However, the majority of these projects do not require the full length of the product. That is why we offer to cut the steel tubes, profiles and bars to size. For this purpose, we use a modern sawing machine in our company.

Within the scope of our sawing service, we adapt the required tubes to your individual desired dimensions. At this point, you can also choose whether the steel tubes are to be deburred to size and whether a mitre is desired.

The steel grade S235 JR EN10219 that we use can be processed using various welding methods. These include:

When welding our customised steel, care should be taken at all times to use a suitable extraction system to filter the pollutants produced during welding directly out of the air and away from the workplace. In addition, a respiratory protection for the welder is recommended for his own protection.
