Plastic pipe stopper
The stopper consists of high-quality polyethylene, which is known especially for its good resistance to acids, bases, oils and fats. Thanks to these properties, the pipe plug is particularly suitable for use in handrails, since commercial cleaning agents do not impair it. The stopper has lamellas which are strong enough for a fixed hold in the tube and ensure a centered position. At the same time, however, they are flexible enough that the plug can generally be installed without tools.
Without end use
There are infinitely many different possibilities for use for the louver plug. Above all, of course, the closing of pipe ends to protect against the penetration of moisture, dirt or vermin. However, the stopper can also be used in a more creative manner without any problems. It is also suitable as a floor guard for open chair and table legs and even as a closure cap for round openings in various situations.
As a rule, however, the lamella plug is used as an optical termination for various steel structures. Especially when these are made from galvanized pipes, since these pipes cannot be welded without adjustments.
Increased protection against injuries
In addition to the optical advantages, this end cap for round tubes can also convince with the minimization of the risk of injury, since sharp cutting edges are reliably concealed and a straight end is imparted to the tube. Since the plug is plugged into the pipe about 12mm deep, it will not be released as quickly as possible and will prove good services in the long term.
