Would you like to make a metal frame? Then you are right with us! Our steel frames to measure are defined by their versatility and production to an individual desired size. In addition to the large selection of profiles and the millimeter-precise indication of the external dimensions, we also offer you the possibility to determine whether and at what distance we drill holes in the steel frame. Thus, the assembly becomes a knock and you avoid annoying rework and adjustments.
Our frames on customer size consist of high quality S235JR construction steel, which is often used in steel and mechanical engineering because of its good material properties. But also in the construction industry, the material is often encountered as this steel is particularly popular with metal builders and construction locks.
Dimensions and execution
The frame consists of Angle steelwhich is welded to a rectangular frame. You can determine which profile we use for production. Since our angle frames usually receive Light grids or Zarge for Doors and Hatches we deliberately dispense with the welding of the inside. In this way, we ensure that attachments and inserts can close flush with the frame without disturbing weld seam. In addition, we grind the external welds smooth to facilitate assembly and achieve an attractive look.
In order to make the mounting of the frame as easy as possible, we also offer you the drilling of holes. You will be on the leg of the profile and along the sides centrally arranged and have Diameter of 6mm. The number of holes results from the external dimensions and hole distances you choose. Please note that the selected hole spacing should be smaller than the internal dimension of the frame. At larger distances, a single central hole is drilled on the affected sides.

The used L profile consists of high quality and reliable Construction steel which is particularly often used in the steel and construction industry. Thanks to the generously designed wall thicknesses and the professionally executed weld seams, the frame is also suitable for rough conditions.

Frame for light grids: Whether for a cellar shaft or as a dirt trap, our frames are well suited as frames for light grids and similar covers. They secure the insert securely from slipping and allow a toolless removal for cleaning or reperatures.

Hatches & knee-mounted doors: Also in the DIY sector, our frames can convince to measure. For example, as a frame for self-made inspection flaps or knee-mounted doors.

Case doors: The frames are as well suited as a frame for a falling door in a tree house.

Powder coating in different colors
The colored powder coating not only gives the frame a smooth and optically attractive surface, but also serves as corrosion protection. Due to the surface sealing, the steel frame is protected against grate and can be installed in the interior without any need. However, this protection is not sufficient for outdoor use, so that we would like to refer to our galvanized frames at this point.
The powder coating is available in four colors from which you can choose freely. Black, the most popular color, anthracite, gray and our favorite transparent are available for asulection. The Transparent Coating Rims a clear lacquer and protects the material from corrosion without covering the characteristic surface of the crude steel.
But what exactly is a powder coating? In powder coating, the workpiece is first coated with an electrostatic powder. In this case, the powder is tightened by the material in a regular manner, so that a particularly uniform layer thickness extending into the corners is established. The workpiece is then heated in an oven, whereby the powder liquefies and melts to form a smooth coating.
