Manufacturing as desired
We offer you the possibility to configure your support post as desired and your desired dimensions millimeter precision indicate. Simply select which profile tube should be used as support tube, carry its Wish length and determine whether and in which color the support powder-coated to be.
Versatile insertable
Due to the individually adaptable length, this support can be used in infinitely many areas. Whether as a post of a conservatory or as a support for a garden house, this metal support is particularly well suited in conjunction with wood due to its slim end plate.
The end plates each have 4 holes with a diameter of 6mm, which makes it easy to 5-wood screws to be attached. The bores are arranged in a square pattern and are removed from each other between 75mm and 125mm depending on the support tube chosen. In addition, a 13 mm hole is located in the middle of the end plates, which hole serves to equalize the pressure during powder coating.
Forehead plates with separation
Both end plates are completely welded to the post tube and have rectangular cutouts whereby the passage of current or other supply lines is made possible. They are cut out by a CNC burner and have a correspondingly accurate hole image.
High load capacity
Our support to measure has an extremely high load capacity of up to 40.8kN a weight of approx. 4080 kg in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation. Optional powder coating
With us you decide whether your steel support should be powder-coated or whether it is delivered without corrosion protection. The colours black (RAL 9005), anthracite (RAL 7016), grey (RAL 7040) and a transparent coating that perfectly preserves the charm of the raw steel.
