Z-profile made of steel bent to measure as edge protection
SKU: 112551
Edge protection Z Profile made of sheet steel edged to measure with many different sheet thicknesses and individual angles as well as profile dimensions
Suitable for this
Description
Steel Z profile bent to size
Our steel Z profiles are double to measure edged and offer a variety of applications. Our Z-profile is not only cost-effective, but also serves as an effective edge protection.
Versatile applications
Our Z-profile steels with double-edge protect their shape and structure even under extreme conditions, such as large temperature fluctuations. The Steel profiles, bent to size, are ideal for mounting various products, including halls, roof structures, door and fence constructions.
Large variety through custom production
We manufacture your Z-profile steel according to your individual requirements to measure on. Through the variations, you have full control over your desired dimensions and can enter the thickness, length, width and angle of the steel sheet individually in the corresponding fields.
Profiles up to 2m length possible
Our production allows the production of steel angle profiles in lengths from 50mm to 500mm over 1000mm up to 2000mm. You have the flexibility to specify your desired length precisely in millimeters.
Customizable angle
Design the angle of your edge profile, flexible and individual, according to your ideas, in the range from 90° to 180°. This allows you to customize the Z profile of steel and create the perfect edge protection for your project.
Individual side lengths
Whether your Z profile should have equal or equal pages. You can use the profile pages, edge protection to measure, as desired to your Specific requirements customize to achieve the optimal result.
Strength and durability
Our steel profiles have a high strength and durability. They can withstand considerable loads and provide a long service life.
Scope
1x Steel Z Angle from DC01 Steel Sheet according to your desired dimensions
Notes
Despite careful processing, sharp cutting edges can occur, and the material can have smaller scratches or oil traces. We assume no liability for injury or damage. Light bending is possible for lengths from 1000mm. Please consider manufacturing tolerances of ± 2mm in profile length and ± 1° at angle.

Warning notices
- Caution! The sheet metal profile could have sharp cutting edges that could cut you. As we assume that the profile will be further processed and do not know in which form it will be used, we are unfortunately unable to deburr it without interfering with any weld seam preparations. For this reason, we recommend wearing cut-resistant gloves!
- Rust hazard! The sheet metal profile can rust heavily in a short time. This rust can weaken the material and lead to complete failure. We always recommend applying a corrosion-resistant protective layer, e.g. by painting!
- Keep away from other metals! Steel should never be brought into direct contact with other metals, or in their immediate vicinity, because contact corrosion or cross-contamination can occur. Contact corrosion and cross-contamination can significantly weaken the affected metals. Stainless steel is particularly affected, as it loses its non-corrosive properties
- Only process with respiratory protection! Steel should only be processed with appropriate respiratory protection, as metal dust poses health risks.
- Weld only with fume extraction! Steel should only be welded with an appropriate fume extraction system and using suitable respiratory protection. The gases produced during welding can cause severe health damage.
Care instructions
Since steel has no corrosion protection of its own and therefore starts to rust quickly, a protective layer is recommended, which is maintained at regular intervals. A protective layer can be built up, for example, by painting, galvanizing, powder coating or by applying commercially available mineral oil.
