Our railings are made for you to measure, in our own castle factory, in the heart of the Lower Rhine and in loving handwork. With this stainless steel railing set you have a variety of choices that make life easier. The variant you selected is with a powder coating of the post in anthracite, 3 cross struts made of stainless steel solid material with Ø12mm and V4A stainless steel cover rosettes with graduation, for easy fastening to the bottom plate.
With the self-construction set for stainless steel railings, you can easily and easily set a special accent. The railing is excl. approved for the private sector.
The posts are high from the upper edge floor covering to the lower edge of the handrail 900mm. This results in a solid overall height of 942,4mm due to the 42,4mm handrail. The handrail length of the corner variant is on request at least 0.5m to max. 15 m per page, millimeter-precisely selectable. For technical reasons, the handrail is delivered divided from a length of 6001mm (6.01m) and can then be brought together again with the aid of pipe connectors. A matching number of V2A pipe connectors is included in the package. The table below shows the number of posts according to the handrail length you choose.

Small help position for length
The length indication for side A, side B and side C refer to the total length of the handrail as a so-called outer dimension. Please note that we do not make any deductions to your extent and make the railing as precise as possible according to your specifications. Any distances to the end of the bottom plate or to a wall must therefore be taken into account in your statement. Since the anchor plates of the posts approx. 31mm, we recommend an edge distance of at least 100mm.
Reling rails over 2 corners also known as U-shape
The stainless steel railing is also called a U-shape over 2 corners. It is a specific type of terrain that forms a U-shaped structure when viewed from above or from the sides.

Production process of powder coating
In powder coating, the workpiece is first coated with an electrostatic powder. In this case, the powder is tightened by the material in a regular manner, so that a particularly uniform layer thickness extending into the corners is established. The workpiece is then heated in an oven, whereby the powder liquefies and melts to form a smooth coating.
In contrast to a conventional coating, the powder-coated paint is generally resistant to chemicals.
Our powder-coated stainless steel railing posts can be selected with or without filling rods. Of course, our products are manufactured by hand according to proven Schlosser standards in our own Schlosserei. In addition, the handrail carriers are firmly welded to the stainless steel posts, the advantage being that this ensures good stability.
What is a two-part cover rosette?
The two-part cover rosette, made of ground V4A stainless steel, is provided exclusively for the powder-coated variant in order to avoid accidental scratching of the coating. These are joined effortlessly on the bottom of the post and thus also provide an aesthetic cover of the fastening points.
Cross struts made of stainless steel
The high-quality filling rods, also known as cross struts, consist of solid stainless steel, have a diameter of 12mm and are characterized by the round design. They are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also offer outstanding stability and functionality. This avoids the penetration of water and dirt, which prevents deposits inside. The horizontal filling rods are simply attached to the posts by means of special holders, so they can be adjusted at any time. Eckige installation situations can be realized without problems with connecting corner joints.
For railings with a length of up to 6m, continuous transverse struts are provided. For longer railings from 6.01m, they are evenly divided and connected with special connecting pieces included in the delivery to ensure a uniform appearance.
Stainless steel handrail
The ground surface of the round stainless steel handrail offers not only a pleasant haptic, but also aesthetically pleasing and thus attracts all the views. High-quality stainless steel end caps are glued into the ends of the handrail pipe in order to prevent dirt deposits inside and at the same time to give the handrail a clean finish. When installing the handrail, the threaded bores must be made in the posts themselves in order to connect them to one another. A tap drill is included. In addition, you can download an assembly instructions at any time to make the installation of the handrail easy to play.
